Hookah coals burn too hot. What to do?

Everytime i use my hookah ( 14in Mya brand )
the coals seem to be burning a little too hot.

Ive tried Golden Coals (natural quick light),
SIlver Coals (quick light)
King Coal (Large quick lights)
and 3 Kings (quick light)

and they all burn too hot, and end up burning the tobacco within 5 minutes of the bowl starting.
i dont overfill and i make around 15-25 holes in the foil.

what else can i do to keep the tobacco from burning?
and i dont have a gas stove, its electric so non-quick lights probably wont work for me

knowledgeful hookah smokers please answer.

    Try not to suck so hard, smoke it slowly your hot boxing it when they get that hot.

    Okay it all depends on how much, what type of bowl, and your packing of the bowl.

    Start first with tobacco. Fluff it up with your fingers or fork on a plate or something similar. lightly add to the bowl by just picking up and dropping it in. Get it close to even with the rim.

    Foil Put around the bowl tight. Use a Toothpick and poke it all the way down to the bottom of the bowl. HOLES EVERYWHERE. As much as you can with out them touching.

    Now for a smaller bowl I used Goldens a lot. One Laying down and one laying on top of it and touching the foil, like a fallen Jenga Piece. Also try Cracking the coal in half and putting them on opposite ends of the bowl. Remember move your coals around every 15-20 minutes.

    Personal Now I use Coco Nara’s Exclusively
    No Coal Taste and Smaller size. I through 2 or 3 on a bowl and move them around if it gets harsh I take one off. Move them around. Great Heat, have to light using a stove coil burner, but totally worth it, I have never used a better coal in 10 years of smoking hookah. I bought a single coil burner from Walgreens for 10 bucks, just plugs in the wall.

    Just remember Heat management, move the coals around. Take some off it gets harsh.

    3 Kings are just like Goldens

    Japanese Silver coals if they are 4 a stick move them around a lot. If 3 a stick, through them in the trash

    King Coal…throw them in the landfill yourself.
